C.F. Martin & Co. will be unveiling three new guitar models in the X-Series and Road Series.
They are announcing it at the Musikmesse 2015 trade show in Frankfurt, Germany. Hundreds of guitar manufactures, dealers, software developers, woodwind instrument crafters, and keyboard producers gather from around the world to participate in this huge event. The show runs from April 15th to April 18th.
The 00X1AE is a 14 fret, non-cutaway, acoustic guitar with Fishman Sonitone electronics. It comes with a Sitka spruce top and mahogany laminate sides and back. The aim of the 00X1AE is to have a guitar that’s easy to play but doesn’t sacrifice tone. The MSRP will start at $749
The GPX1AE is a “grand performance” 14 fret, non-cutaway that closely resembles the 00X1AE. They share the same specs, except for the rust-colored neck, sides, and back that hides the mahogany. The MSRP also starts at $749
The GPCRSGT is also known to be a “grand performance” guitar. It features 14 frets, a cutaway, glossy top, Sapele back and sides, and Fishman Sonitone electronics. It’s the first “grand performance” sized model in the Road Series and comes with a hard-shell case. The MSRP starts at $1,299
The three new models will surely help diversify their line-up and attract some new customers.
Stay tuned to hear more about their three new models.
